Self-care is an inside job.
It's about asking for help. It's about knowing you need it. It's about being vulnerable enough with other people to let them in a little, so you aren't doing everything alone.
And it is about setting boundaries.
Have you ever told yourself you can't stop or the world will crumble?
Some people believe that.
But no one else is going to care for our time the way we do.
I'm a true believer in radical responsibility. Our outcomes are based on how we choose to think and how we choose to believe things.
Remember, if we're not getting the outcomes that we want, it might be because we are not choosing to look at our habits.
