I remember we lived on a cul-de-sac and there was a boy visiting. I had just gotten new shoes and I said to him, "I just got new shoes. I can run faster than you."
And he said, "Your shoes don't make you fast."
I said, "Do you want to make a bet? I'll race you to the end."
I had to go so fast that I beat that kid.
It's interesting to look back at some childhood memories to help understand our current behavior.
There are forces that help give us the self-discovery that we need to understand our subconscious programming.
And in today's episode of The Best of The Menopause Movement Podcast, we'll talk about the Enneagram.
The Enneagram is a deep dive into what makes you tick. Unlike most personality systems, which usually have a cluster of preferences or behaviors, the Enneagram really goes way deeper than behavior, which is why it's hard to test.
But our guest, Stephanie Davis, an enneagram expert and a trainer educated in business, psychology, and systems theory will give us an overview about the 9 different types.
Tune in today and find out what your type might be!
